What Is This Test?
The reaction time test measures how quickly you respond to a visual signal. Click to start, wait for the box to flash green, and click again the instant it does. Your time is measured in milliseconds.
How It Works
- Click the box to arm it — it turns red.
- Wait for green. The delay is random, so you cannot anticipate it.
- Click the instant you see green. Your time appears.
- Complete 5 tries for an average and best time. Clicking too early counts as a miss — start over.
Reference Points
- Under 200 ms — exceptional, pro-gamer territory.
- 200–270 ms — typical for most people.
- Over 300 ms — normal after a long day; tiredness slows you down.
