What Is This Game?
Tic Tac Toe is the classic two-player grid game: take turns placing X and O on a 3x3 board, and the first to line up three in a row — horizontally, vertically or diagonally — wins. Here you play as X against a computer opponent that blocks your threats and builds its own.
How to Play
- Click any empty cell to place your X.
- The computer replies with an O after a short pause.
- Line up three Xs to win — but watch your opponent's lines too.
- When a game ends, click New game to reset the board. Scores carry across games.
Tips
- Start in a corner — it gives you the most winning lines.
- If the computer plays a corner too, take the center.
- When you have two in a row, your opponent must block; use that to set up a double threat.
